Our Story

In the fall of 2013 Kristen began her search for a quality early learning center for her two little ones. Kristen was a kindergarten teacher at the time and desired a high quality center for her children to attend. As she was visiting centers, Kristen kept reflecting on her little ones and the idea of opening up her own early learning center. Kristen soon began the process of researching, planning, and developing her own center. In the spring of 2015, her dream started to become a reality and Fundamentals was formed.

The vision of Fundamentals is to offer a warm, inviting, and special learning place for all children and their families who enter. Fundamentals provides families with memories, laughter, love, and learning. When you enter into our learning family you will see engaged children in project-based learning and a true family at work. 

Fundamentals is built upon our knowledge of how the brain develops in the early years. Our environment will promote learning success for all children. We welcome you and hope to make Fundamentals your little ones’ learning home.
